⚠ Adult Content Platform — 18+ Only

This platform provides analytics and metadata services related to the adult content creator economy. By accessing or using Trend Intel, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to access adult-oriented content and services in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Trend Intel ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), operated by Lovalov, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use this Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lovalov. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Platform. This is a strict requirement without exception.

By proceeding past the age verification gate, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
You represent that access to adult-oriented analytics services is legal in your jurisdiction.
You accept full responsibility for ensuring your access complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for monitoring minors' internet access. We encourage use of parental control tools.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user suspected of misrepresenting their age.

3. Nature of the Service

Trend Intel is a metadata analytics platform. We provide:

Statistical analysis and trend data derived from publicly available APIs (Reddit, Chaturbate public API).
Keyword frequency, engagement scores, tag popularity, and timing patterns — all metadata.
AI-generated forecasts based on historical trend momentum.
Comparative platform analytics for creators in the adult content industry.

Critical clarification: Trend Intel does NOT host, store, display, or transmit any sexual, pornographic, or adult visual content. All data processed is text-based metadata — keywords, post titles, tag names, engagement scores, and timestamps. No images, videos, or explicit content of any kind are stored on our servers or displayed through our interface.

Data is sourced exclusively from:

Reddit Public API — post metadata (titles, scores, timestamps) from creator business communities.
Chaturbate Public Affiliate API — publicly available room tags, model count, and activity statistics.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Attempt to identify, dox, harass, or harm any individual performer or creator.
Aggregate, scrape, or re-sell Platform data or outputs to third parties.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform beyond normal use.
Circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or age verification systems.
Use Platform insights for purposes that violate any applicable law or regulation.
Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our infrastructure.

5. Access Codes and Subscriptions

Paid access is granted via a one-time access code issued upon subscription payment. Access codes:

Are personal and non-transferable.
Grant access to the Platform for the subscribed period.
Must not be shared, published, or sold to third parties.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. You may cancel at any time by ceasing use of your access code. Annual plans may be cancelled for a prorated refund within 7 days of purchase.

6. Data Sources, Accuracy, and Simulation Disclosure

The Platform employs a mixed-data methodology. Users are hereby expressly informed that the data visualizations and analytics presented include both (a) real-time or near-real-time data sourced from third-party public APIs, and (b) algorithmically generated model data, benchmark estimates, and simulated projections. Both categories are described below.

6.1 Live / API-Sourced Data. The following dashboard elements reflect actual observed data retrieved from third-party public APIs at the time of page load:

Reddit Public API: "By hour" and "By day of week" engagement distribution charts (Overview and Timing tabs); heatmap (Timing tab) — derived from real post scores and timestamps. Toys tab: category mention counts, brand mention counts, and rising keyword frequency — derived by keyword-matching post titles from product-community subreddits.
Chaturbate Public Affiliate API: Live tab — rooms online count, active tag list, top tag. Available only when the API is reachable; cached in the user's browser for up to 8 minutes.
When a third-party API is unavailable, rate-limited, or returns an empty dataset, the Platform automatically substitutes model data (see 6.2). The data source indicator visible in the dashboard header reflects the active mode.

6.2 Model / Benchmark / Simulated Data. The following dashboard elements are generated by a deterministic algorithmic model or derived from published industry benchmarks. They are presented as directional indicators and estimates only and do not represent live or historically measured observations:

Overview tab: Engagement Index score, Top Parameter label, Trend Dynamics chart (Engagement and Reach lines).
Parameters tab (in its entirety): All charts including hair color, body type, lighting, scene type, mood/style, location, lingerie color, tattoo/piercing, and footwear — all algorithmic benchmark estimates.
Forecast tab (in its entirety): Trend direction projections, parameter score forecasts, best parameter combinations, rising and falling trend rankings — algorithmic projections only.
Timing tab (partial): Seasonality by month chart; Post frequency vs Engagement chart — industry benchmark estimates (Statista Consumer Digital Media 2024).
Platforms tab (in its entirety): Platform engagement scores, cross-platform comparison, peak hours overlay — seeded algorithmic model.
Toys tab (partial): Vibrator type, material, and price range charts — benchmark model. Brand and category rankings use real API data when available, model fallback when unavailable.
Live tab (partial): Content type distribution and Hourly activity chart — algorithmic model; real Chaturbate API data used when available.

6.3 No Warranty of Accuracy. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, whether sourced from live APIs or generated by model. All analytics and projections are for informational purposes only and shall not constitute market research, financial advice, investment guidance, or professional consultation. Third-party APIs may change, become unavailable, or alter their data policies without notice. We are not liable for any changes to data availability caused by third-party API providers.

Important: You expressly acknowledge that simulated, modeled, and benchmark data elements are clearly disclosed as such within the Platform interface and in these Terms. You agree not to represent, republish, or rely upon Platform outputs as independently verified market data.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform code, design, algorithms, and non-third-party content are the intellectual property of Lovalov. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Third-party data remains the property of its respective sources and is used in accordance with their public API terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2ZMOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Reddit API and Chaturbate Affiliate API. Your use of these services through our Platform is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

12. Compliance with Applicable Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws governing adult content, data protection, and digital services. We make no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
